Part D Potential Exclusion Warning Report

On January 3, 2014, we posted the file layout for the Part D Potential Exclusion Warning Report.  The report layout can be found at CSSC Operations - Report Layouts.  See also the corresponding Health Plan Management System (HPMS) memo dated January 6, 2014.  The first warning report will be available on January 31, 2014, through the existing mailboxes used for the Monthly Drug Data Processing System (DDPS) reports.  The filename for the Warning Report is P.PLccccc.EXCL.Dyymmdd.Thhmmsst.
